The Altar Care Ministry provides prayerful support and guidance to those responding to the message during services. This team helps individuals take their next step of faith, whether through prayer, salvation, or rededication. Their presence ensures that every person at the altar feels seen, encouraged, and spiritually covered.
ANNOUNCEMENTS TEAM
The Announcements Team helps keep our church family informed by sharing important updates during services. Team members communicate upcoming events and opportunities clearly, confidently, and with a welcoming spirit.
BAPTISM TEAM
Baptism is an outward sign of an inward change. As a member of the Baptism team, you'll have the opportunity to welcome those looking to be baptized, rededicate their faith, on accept Christ as their Lord and Savior.
BETTER U FACILITATORS
Better U is an educational arm of CFC. Classes are held to help connect people to others in small group settings and to God through educational studies.
CELEBRATE RECOVERY
The Celebrate Recovery Ministry provides a safe and supportive space for people to find healing from hurts, habits, and hang-ups. Through Christ-centered steps, encouragement, and community, this ministry helps individuals walk in freedom and experience lasting transformation.

YOUTH MINISTRY
Are you looking for a meaningful way to serve your community and make a difference in the lives of young people? Join our Children & Youth Ministry as we nourish a positive and exciting environment, while approaching discipleship and learning the bible in a fun and interactive age-appropriate way.
Our children's church is for children that are potty-trained all the way to 6th grade. And our teen church accepts youth between 7th and 12th grade. We provide opportunities for spiritual development, mentorship, creative arts, and loads of fun!

As a member of our Congregational Support Ministry, you'll play a vital role in providing care and support to our congregation during both joyful and challenging moments. FACILITIES
The Facilities Team at our church plays a pivotal role in upholding the physical foundation of our faith community. This team is committed to maintaining and enhancing our church facilities to create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members and visitors.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS
As a member of the First Impressions Ministry, you will meet and greet visitors/ members to the sanctuary. You'll be the first point of contact for many visitors, and your warmth and hospitality will set the tone for their entire worship experience. You'll help people feel welcome and at ease, whether they're longtime members or first-time visitors.
HEADCOUNTER TEAM
The Headcounter Team helps track attendance during our services by accurately counting those in attendance. This information supports church planning and stewardship by helping us understand growth and engagement.
HEALTH & WELLNESS
The Health and Wellness Ministry at CFC is a dedicated group of individuals who believe that caring for our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being is essential to living a fulfilling and purposeful life. Our ministry is committed to promoting a holistic approach to health, where we recognize the interconnectedness of our bodies, minds, and spirits.
Through various programs, events, and resources, our Health and Wellness Ministry aims to empower and educate our church community on making informed decisions about their health. We offer workshops, seminars, and support groups that address topics such as nutrition, fitness, stress management, mental health, and spiritual growth.
INTER-VARSITY ATHLETICS
Inter-Varsity at our church reaches local high school athletes by providing meals, building relationships, and sharing the hope of Jesus. Our team connects with students right where they are—offering encouragement, practical support, and a chance to learn more about faith in a welcoming and down-to-earth way. It’s all about serving, supporting, and pointing the next generation to Christ!
KNIGHTS MINISTRY (SAFETY)

Welcome to the Liberated Praise Creative Arts Ministry (LPCAM), a vibrant and uplifting community where the creative arts become a divine expression of worship. Rooted in faith and fueled by passion, LPCAM seeks to glorify the Creator through movement, drama, and creativity. We strive to spread messages of love, hope, and joy to all who witness our ministry. Through dedicated practice, spiritual growth, and a commitment to unity, we aim to inspire hearts, touch souls, and foster a deeper connection with God.

We understand effective marketing is not just advertising; it's about building meaningful connections with our church and community. Through a blend of digital expertise, traditional outreach, and relevant techniques, we strive to reach diverse audiences across multiple platforms. Our team is equipped with specialists in branding, content creation, social media, SEO, data analytics and more, working collaboratively to drive CFC's vision forward.
MODERATING
Do you enjoy chatting online and responding to comments and questions from our online participates? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team of Moderators. Our moderators are online during services on Sundays, as well as weekly bible study on Wednesday evenings. As a moderator, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our online congregation.
NEW MEMBERS CLASS FACILITATORS
We are a group of passionate individuals committed to guiding and nurturing new members on their exciting journey into our church family! At our church, we believe that welcoming new members is a joyous and sacred responsibility. Our team is a diverse blend of individuals with various backgrounds and experiences, united by a shared love for Christ and a desire to share His teachings with others.
In our classes, we cover essential aspects of our church's beliefs, values, and traditions, providing newcomers with a solid foundation to feel at home within our community. Beyond the classroom setting, our Class Facilitator Team also serves as mentors and guides, walking alongside new members as they integrate into our church family.
NEXT STEPS
This team is dedicated to creating the step by step process of Growth Track. Growth Track helps individuals take meaningful steps forward in their spiritual growth, community involvement, and service to the kingdom. It takes them on a journey that will connect them to God, others, and their God-given purpose.
OUTREACH
Are you passionate about community outreach and making a positive impact? If so, we invite you to join our Outreach Ministry! Our ministry is dedicated to serving those in the community who are in need. We have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities and events designed to connect with those in need and share the love of God with them. Whether it's volunteering at Feeding Tampa Bay, serving a community meal, singing songs at a Senior Center during Christmas, or simply lending a listening ear, every act of kindness can make a meaningful difference in someone's life.
PRAYER MINISTRY
Do you have a heart for prayer and a desire to see God move in powerful ways? As a member of our Prayer Ministry, you will have the privilege of coming alongside others to pray for their needs, as you lift up members in our church, our community, and our world before God. You will also have the opportunity to grow in your own prayer life and deepen your relationship with God.
We believe that prayer is one of the most powerful tools we have as Christians, and we are committed to making it a priority in our church. We are looking for people who share this passion and are willing to commit to praying regularly and consistently.
PRODUCTION & DIGITAL DESIGN (AV)
Are you passionate about the power of media to communicate a message and make an impact? As part of our team, you will help with setup, maintenance, coordination & use of audio, visual lighting, and digital technology.

SERVANT MINISTRY
The Servant Ministry extends compassion to those who are often overlooked by society. This team ministers to incarcerated individuals and their families, offering encouragement, prayer, and resources that point to freedom in Christ. Their service reminds us that God’s love reaches everyone, no matter where they are.
SOCIAL MEDIA &
CREATIVE TEAM
The Social Media & Creative Ministry uses digital platforms and creativity to share the gospel and tell the story of our church. Through graphics, video, photography, and online engagement, this team amplifies our mission beyond the four walls. Their work connects people to Christ and community in fresh, innovative ways.
WORSHIP MINISTRY
Are you passionate about music and worship? Do you want to use your talents to glorify God and lead others into His presence? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Music Ministry!
As a member of our team, you will have the chance to use your musical gifts to help create an atmosphere of worship that draws people closer to God. We are looking for individuals who are not only skilled musicians and singers, but also have a heart for worship and a desire to serve God through music.
