Maintain Don't Gain

Did you know that the average American gains 10 pounds between Halloween and New Year's Day?  The Health & Wellness Ministry aims to reverse that trend at CFC.  We believe that the best way to stay on track is to have an accountability partner; therefore, all challenges will be completed as a team.   The 2023 challenge will run 8 weeks, from November 5th thru December 30th, and this year's focus will be Self Care.  Please identify a partner, come up with a team name and register by October 22 at info@cfriendship.org.
